My agent was Julie Hewitt. I explained to her the urgency of selling my mothers condo in the Gemini in Ormond by the Sea. She understood as I live in Toronto. She has sold units in the building so I was confident in her abilities. It went on the market during Coronavirus/Covid 19, I was uncertain about the market. We got a cash offer with no inspection and I asked for one month for my family to use the condo during the summer. She hit all of my check points and I am so grateful to her.
